为了降低硝胺炸药的感度,以3, 3-双叠氮甲基氧杂环丁烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(BAMO-THF)作为包覆材料,利用原位聚合法,使BAMO-THF在硝胺炸药(RDX、HMX、CL-20)表面交联聚合后形成包覆层,获得BAMO-THF/硝胺炸药复合含能材料; 通过SEM、FT-IR、XRD、Raman、DSC及感度测试对样品的形貌结构和性能进行表征。结果 表明,BAMO-THF析出、聚集,成功包覆在硝胺炸药表面; BAMO-THF和硝胺炸药的相容性良好,用BAMO-THF包覆硝胺炸药不会改变其热安定性; BAMO-THF包覆可使3种硝胺炸药的撞击感度降低40%以上,摩擦感度降低13%以上,表明此方法为一种可行的硝胺炸药包覆降感方法。

In order to reduce the sensitivity of nitramine explosive, 3,3-bisazidomethyloxetane-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(BAMO-THF)was used as the coating material. Through in-situ polymerization method, BAMO-THF was cross-linked and polymerized on the surface of nitroamine explosives(RDX, HMX and CL-20)to form a coating layer, and BAMO-THF/nitroamine explosive composite energetic materials were obtained. The morphology, structure and properties of the samples were characterized by using SEM, FT-IR, XRD, Raman, DSC and sensitivity test. The results show that BAMO-THF precipitated and aggregated, then successfully coated on the surface of nitroamine explosive. The compatibility between BAMO-THF and nitroamine explosive is good, and nitroamine explosive coated with BAMO-THF has not changed the thermal stability of nitroamine explosive. Meanwhile, the impact sensitivity of the three kinds of nitroamine explosives is reduced by more than 40% and the friction sensitivity is reduced by more than 13%, showing that the in-situ polymerization is an effective way to reduce the sensitivity of nitromine explosive.
