为了提高三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)包覆层的综合性能,以六氯环三磷腈、苯酚和2-烯丙基苯酚为原料,合成出1,3,5-三(2-烯丙基苯氧基)-2,4,6-三苯氧基环三磷腈(TAPPCP)和六(2-烯丙基苯氧基)环三磷腈(HAPPCP),并通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征; 通过红外光谱研究了TAPPCP和HAPPCP与EPDM的化学反应特性; 研究了TAPPCP和HAPPCP添加量对EPDM力学性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果 表明,随着TAPPCP和HAPPCP用量由0增至20g,改性EPDM的热失重温度由375.36℃分别升至413.31℃和446.58℃,热质量损失率由94.01%分别降至89.05%和86.05%。随着TAPPCP和HAPPCP用量的增加,改性EPDM的拉伸强度升高,延伸率降低,且在相同添加量的条件下,EPDM/HAPPCP体系的拉伸强度高于EPDM/TAPPCP。

In order to improve the comprehensive properties of EPDM inhibitor, 1,3,5-tri(2-allylaryloxy)- 2, 4, 6-triaryloxycyclotriphazene(TAPPCP)and hexa(2-allylaryloxy)cyclotriphazene(HAPPCP)were prepared by hexachlorocyclotriphosphzene, phenol and 2-allylphenol. The products were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H, 31P, 13C nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy and mass spectrum. Infrared spectroscopy was used to study the chemical reactions of TAPPCP and HAPPCP with EPDM. The effect of TAPPCP and HAPPCP amounts on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of EPDM were studied. The results show that the thermogravimetric temperatures of modified EPDM increase from 375.36℃ to 413.31℃ and 446.58℃, and the mass loss rate decrease from 94.01% to 89.05% and 86.05%, respectively when the amount of TAPPCP and HAPPCP increase from 0 to 20g.With the increase of the contents of TAPPCP and HAPPCP, the tensile strength of modified EPDM increases and the elongation rate decreases, and under the same adding amonts of TAPPCP and HAPPCP, the tensile strength of EPDM/HAPPCP is higher than that of EPPM/TAPPCP.
