为了获取2,4-二硝基苯甲醚/3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNAN/DNTF)二元混合体系的相图并考察其在机械刺激下的安全性,利用DSC研究了不同摩尔比DNAN/DNTF二元混合体系的液化及熔融过程,建立了液化温度T与组分含量x的T—x相图; 并分别测定了混合体系的撞击感度、特性落高和摩擦感度,分析了混合体系组成对熔融特性及机械感度的影响。结果 表明,DNAN/DNTF混合体系低共熔物组分配比摩尔比为63.3:36.7,质量比为52.3:47.4,低共熔温度为67℃。DNAN/DNTF混合体系的撞击感度随DNTF含量的增加而线性增长,由12%增至88%; 特性落高值在DNTF过剩的低共熔混合体系中随DNTF含量的增加呈线性减小,DNTF的摩尔分数由37.6%增至100%时特性落高由86.2cm减小至20cm; 摩擦感度受到了体系中过剩DNAN或DNTF的影响,可以通过三项式拟合摩擦感度与含量的关系,其关系式为yf=16-25.18xF247.85xF2-156.99xF3; 通过机械混合与熔融混合样品的机械感度对比发现,混合方式对机械感度的影响不大。

To obtain the phase diagram of 2,4- dinitrobenzaldehyde/3,4-dinitrofuroza group furoza oxide(DNAN/DNTF)binary mixed system and investigate its safety under mechanical stimulation, the liquefaction and melting process of DNAN/DNTF binary mixed system with different molar ratio were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and the T—x diagram of liquefaction temperature(T)and composition(x)was established. The impact sensitivity(characteristic drop height)and friction sensitivity of the mixed system were measured. The influence of the composition on melting characteristics and mechanical sensitivity was analyzed. The results show that the distribution ratio molar ratio of low eutectic group in DNAN/DNTF mixed system is 63.3:36.7, the mass ratio is 52.3:47.4, and the low eutectic temperature is 67℃.The impact sensitivity of the DNAN/DNTF mixed system increases linearly with increasing the DNTF content from 12% to 88%. The characteristic drop height decreases linearly with increasing the DNTF content in DNTF excess low eutectic mixed system, and decreases from 86.2cm to 20cm; when the molar fraction increases from 37.6% to 100%,the friction sensitivity is affected by the excess DNAN or DNTF in the system, and the relationship between the friction sensitivity and the content can be fitted by three-term formula, which is yf=16-25.18xF+247.85xF2-156.99xF3. In addition, by comparing the mechanical sensitivity of the mixed samples with that of the melt, it is found that the mixing mode has little effect on the mechanical sensitivity.
