基于国内外学者的相关研究工作,归纳汇总了混合炸药微结构的定义、对性能影响、设计、类型、制备工艺等方面的研究现状,总结发现通过改变混合炸药微观结构改变其反应动力学,是一种相对快捷有效提升混合炸药能量输出及调控能量输出结构的有效手段。但目前混合炸药微结构研究过程仍还存在许多不足,如缺乏微结构对性能的影响规律; 动力学设计以试错法为主,缺乏科学的设计方法; 缺少有效的性能预估手段等。未来可从进一步增强正向设计思维、研究混合炸药反应动力学机制等方面开展混合炸药微结构设计研究。附参考文献107篇。
The current study status of the microstructure of mixed explosives, including its definition, performance influence, design, type, and preparation process, was summarized based on the pertinent research work of domestic and international researchers. It was discovered that modifying the microstructure of mixed explosives to alter its reaction kinetics is a rapid and efficient way to increase the energy output of mixed explosives and control the structure of the energy output. However, there are still many issues with the research process for microstructure of mixed explosives, such as the absence of laws governing how microstructure affects performance; the fact that dynamic design is primarily based on trial and error methods due to a lack of scientific design techniques; the absence of reliable performance estimation techniques, etc. The study of the reaction kinetics mechanism of mixed explosives and improved forward design thinking will enable future research on the microstructure design of mixed explosives.
