为提高CL-20在混合炸药中的应用性能,研究了CL-20基混合炸药在高速破片撞击下的安全性,制备了CL-20与端羟基聚丁二烯质量比为87:13的浇注CL-20基炸药试样(GW炸药); 采用静爆试验和高速破片撞击试验方法,获取了浇注CL-20基混合炸药在高速破片撞击下的安全性反应等级; 通过分析对比静爆试验和高速破片撞击试验的超压数据、影像资料和见证板的破坏情况,综合判断GW炸药试样在高速破片撞击下的反应等级,得到破片撞击速度和破片撞击质量对GW炸药试样的撞击安全性的影响。静爆试验结果表明,GW炸药具有良好的破片驱动能力,测得壳体破片速度为1435m/s,4m处的超压均值为0.09MPa。高速破片撞击试验结果表明,GW炸药在破片质量为16g的高速撞击条件下发生燃烧反应,具有良好的安全性; 在破片质量为50g、速度为1412m/s的撞击条件下发生爆轰反应,证明GW炸药试样在大质量破片高速撞击的刺激下炸药响应剧烈。
To improve the application performance of CL-20 in mixed explosive, the safety of CL-20-based explosives under high-velocity fragment impact was studied. A cast CL-20-based explosive, named GW, with a mass ratio of 87:13 for CL-20 and HTPB was prepared and the reaction safety levels of this explosive were obtained by static explosion test and high-velocity fragment impact test. By analyzing and comparing the overpressure data, images, and the damage of the witness plate under the static explosion test and high-velocity fragment impact test, the reaction levels of GW samples were generally judged, and the effect of the velocity and mass of the fragment on the impact safety was obtained. The results of the static explosion test showed that the GW explosives have a good ability to drive fragments. The measured velocity of the fragment was 1435m/s, and the average overpressure at 4m was 0.09MPa. The results of the high velocity fragment impact test showed that under the impact of a fragment with a mass of 16g, GW burned and showed good safety, but under the impact of a fragment with a velocity of 1412m/s and a mass of 16g, GW detonated, which proved that GW had more violence under the impact of fragments with higher velocity and larger mass.
